Shipping Policy
Effective October 1, 2009

Shipping and Handling

The standard shipping and handling charge for each gift appears under the price of that gift.
Standard shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days after your order is entered.
Expedited service is available in most areas.

Gift Basket Cut Off Times

Orders placed by 1pm PST Monday through Friday will ship out the same business day.
Orders placed after 1pm PST Monday through Friday will ship out the following business day.
Orders placed Friday after 1pm PST through Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $35.00 added to the shipping and must be placed before 1pm PST on Friday.

Flower Cut Off Times

Flower orders placed by 10am PST Monday through Thursday will ship standard overnight.
Orders placed after 10am PST will ship the following business day and will be delivered the following business day.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $35.00 added to the shipping and must be placed before 10am PST on Friday.
Orders placed Friday after 10am will ship out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Order Delivery Times

Orders shipped to a business address will be delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday between 9am through 8pm.

Shipping Options

Standard - Within 5 business days if order is received by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)
3 Day Select - Within 3 business days if order is received by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)
2nd Day Air - Within 2 business days if order is received by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Next Day Air - Following day if order is received by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Next Day Air w/ Saturday Delivery - Following Saturday if order is received on Friday by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)

*** Hawaii/Alaska deliveries must use Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air services ***
*** We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. ***

Wine States

Many of our gift baskets contain wine. There are some states where local laws prohibit us from shipping.
Here is a list of the states that we can ship wine to:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV, WI, WY

New York, Virginia, and Washington allow us to ship the following select wines:
Little Lakes, Cliffside, Windwhistle Grove, Cloudbanks, Briar Creek, Steeplechase and Talaria Vineyards

Holiday Delivery Cut off Days
